Digital pioneer
MEDIAN Group's digital journey began more than ten years ago: A comprehensive update of our IT systems set the foundations for digitalising many of our administrative processes and aspects of patient care within our services. Our three digital goals are:
- to optimise patient care with the help of digital tools
- to harness Big Data analytics to measure the effectiveness of the treatment and support we provide, and to adapt and improve therapies based on this evidence
- the automation of administrative processes
The benefit to patients of our digital strategy is that they will be accompanied digitally from their first interaction with a service, through to preparation for an inpatient admission and finally during aftercare post discharge.
